All hands--
This exchange of email with a Listee reminds me to ask all of your to
refrain from excessive quoting of earlier messages.
A good rules of thumb: The quoted material should not be longer than
the new message.
Please do not automatically and unnecessarily quite the entire
preceding message. Quote only a sentence or two--only what is needed
for continuity and comprehension. Often, no quoting is needed.
Thank you!

The only comment I would have is that, due to the way it
works, we have to scroll through the same posts so many times, as
they form part of everyone's replies, comments etc.
That is the nature of an email list in digest format. Some people
get carried away with copying previous messages, which is why you'll
occasionally see me post a request that all hands refrain from
excessive quoting.
You might consider viewing posts via archives. The Web interface
does not eliminate the repetitive material but it does enable you to
sort by subject, thread, etc. Take a look at August to date:

I trust this will help you utilize Power Catamaran List to the fullest.
