Dear fellow dawgs:
Most of our events scheduled for 2020 had been cancelled due to Covid 19 situation which forced most of the golf courses to cancel all group events. This made it impossible for Road dawgs to organize our monthly events since our season opener in February at Art G's Place; El Prado GC. Rest assured that the health and safety of all dawgs is our No. 1 priority as we continue to monitor the ongoing health crisis related to the Covid19 Pandemic in California, Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County where we scheduled our 2020 events. At Road dawgs, we do realize that significant numbers of our members are in the risky age group as provided in the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). With that in mind, we decided to move our Ryder Cup event from mid-August to late September with hope that the Covid 19 situation would improve and that it will be safe for the dawgs to enjoy our multi-days tournament. Of course, as we all know, there is nothing for certain regarding our safety from Covid 19, and we must proceed at our own risk.
