All,
Hope everyone has had a good week. In North Carolina this week a billchrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https:/www.ncleg.gov/Sessions/2023/Bills/House/PDF/H140v4.pdf authorizing municipalities to hire civilian traffic investigators passed the house and now goes to the governor for signature. Our Community Safety Department is quite excited because it sees this as a perfect opportunity to expand its services. This would further free up police time for serious offenses. I'm curious if any of your towns and cities employ civilian traffic investigators.
Would love to talk!
