A member is currently looking at ways to develop an early childcare system using County-owned facilities, which includes considering a number of scenarios: 1. Employer sponsored care for County employees 2. Employer sponsored care for a cluster of businesses 3. And using County buildings for contracted care with open enrollment - meaning that the County could contract with an existing provider to run the center and any child could attend.
