This position will manage the development, input, and maintenance of Hilltop Artists’ administrative office systems. The Administrative Associate will work in conjunction with the administrative team and provide support in events, communications, development, and student evaluations. Hilltop Artists is a medium-sized youth development arts nonprofit in Tacoma, Washington with powerful programs, broad community support, and a track record of success.
