Save the Date for the 8th annual South Sound Sustainability Expo on Saturday, March 7!

This free, family-friendly event is taking place from 10am-3pm at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center (1500 Broadway in Tacoma). Attend and interact with over 75 business, organizations, and individuals working towards environmental, economic, and social sustainability. Meet local farmers while shopping at a mini farmers' market, visit the Kids' Corner for fun and educational activities, bring a shirt or other fabric item for screen printing, and participate in workshops on LED lighting, salmon, and square foot gardening.

New this year is the Book-Movie-Music Swap. Bring any unwanted books, DVDs or CDs to exchange for new items! Or have items to donate to Goodwill? Bring them with you and find the drop-off containers just inside the Expo event space.
