Fellow Attorneys:
I believe we can have a Consent Agenda on a Special Meeting, as well as on a Regular Meeting. Is this correct?

Thank you,
Kay Wall

I know of no reason you could not have a consent agenda that lists specific items for consideration in a special meeting.  Sec. 311(A)(11) does provide that “only matters appearing on the posted agenda may be considered at said special meeting.”  I read that as meaning you can’t have “new business” and take up some matter not specifically listed on the agenda.
