Hi everyone, We have a member who is trying to identify models to support grant distribution by one of their local government agencies. They have, in the past, had consultant specialists who identify specific needs and recipients of needs and have then been issuing grants to identified recipients for uses consistent with their agency's mission per their County charter. The County is interested in reviewing grant policies, procedures and rubrics utilized by other municipal partners.
