Does anyone know if this race will count for points? Or will Sunday's race
(if it happens) just be a fun race for the Cruising Fleet?

Subject: [Members] Sunday racing
At this time - Friday 10:25 a.m. - there is no definitive answer to the
question of racing on Sunday. We will try to set up a separate course of
around -the -buoys for the one-designs and some type of course using
government marks and/or buoys for the cruising fleet. There will be a
meeting for all racers on the lawn on Sunday at 12:30 to discuss the plans
for the day. The official board has been removed because of work on the
South porch so consider this an official notice of this meeting.
I am currently trying to get adequate staff to handle the extra work load.
The spirited discussion regarding racing at NBC indicates the need for
discussions about how to handle the future racing at the Club. We will set
up some meetings during the off-season to establish the needs and desires of
the racing members.

Fleets score themselves so its up to you guys. I suggest resolving it before the race!
