All,

Follow up: We have our own ambulance service. CMS (our Medicare/Medicaid contractor) is indicating that we will lose funding if we don't apply the mandate to our FD workers who are all EMT qualified. Have any of you with in house ambulance services had any issues yet?

Thanks, again,

I have no helpful experience, but I have an question.  Why wouldn't you already have a mandate to protect patients and other employees?
