Summertime is here! Great for a few lazy days but please always keep the following rules top of mind in consideration of your community:
No Overnight Street Parking (48 hours for guests)
No animal shall be outside a residence or enclosure unless restrained on leash
No offensive activity or noise that may be a nuisance to the neighborhood
No firearms should be discharged
Improvements to your property and structures must be approved by Architectural Control Committee (ACC). When in doubt, consult Wildwood.
Trailers, graders, trucks (other than pickups), boats, tractors, campers, motorcycles, motor scooters, and garden maintenance equipment must be screened from view
No signs except for sale/lease
No burning trash
All garbage or waste must be kept in sanitary containers and screened from view
We'd love to hear your feedback!
