I too just tried to go out it and it wasn't working and had to carefully back out. One of the construction workers told me it wasn't them who turned it off. ......Official HOA Announcement....... The back gate is fully operational. I went through it with no issue. One of the workers told me cars had been going through with no issue. Occasionally on both gates the underground sensor will not trip and tell the gate to open. On those rare occasions you should carefully back up about 15 feet and drive forward and slowly over the sensor again. Stephanie, the back gate is functioning and you should be able to exit without any issue. We have communicated to the construction crew to park their vehicles to allow residents to exit. The gate was closed Friday. The workers are blocking periodically. We should be notified of this because I can only imagine the headache if and when the roads are resurfaced. Indeed, road work is always an inconvenience.  Hopefully, someone thought to directly contact a Board Member about the gate.  When I contacted Tom Angotti about a gate problem in the past, he was very expeditious in getting the gate company out here. It worked fine the second time. I think it's great this work is getting done for the neighbors who have to deal with the back gate. Our HOA board does a great job. We are a great neighborhood that works together to keep this a great place. I think we should keep that mindset as the neighborhood works through the improvements. Thanks everyone!
