AT&T is planning to extend their existing cell phone tower at the Grace
Lutheran Church property. The current tower is 75' tall, and if approved, it
will be extended to 98 feet. I have attached simulated photos from a few
standpoints, and I have uploaded formal documents that I obtained from the
