Hi everyone - The Community Association is preparing for the annual meeting next month. Have you to considered how you can help your neighborhood? In order to preserve and protect our covenants as well as to invest in our community, we need homeowners to serve on our board. Running for director is one way to serve and ANY homeowner can do it. To inspire you, we wanted to share a story from a current association director who is in their first year of service: I bought a house here in 2013. I ran for director, because this is a unique place to live and this is a great neighborhood, and I wanted to do my part to help contribute. The board meetings are a good way to spend time with good people and do something good. We have a lot of work to do to help make management of the homeowner's association easier as well as build sustainable plans for our future.
