There are plans underway to replace the 24-unit apartment complex at our east entrance (the northeast corner of 10th and 100th) with a five-story, 135-unit apartment building with two levels of underground parking. The city is holding a public meeting on this project on October 22 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall in Room 1E-120. Interested neighbors are encouraged to attend and participate.
