The kids and I were yelled at as we went through the back gate this morning. I think he actually said, “Come here!” I guess I need to keep my phone out and take video each and every time we go through the gate. I’ve had about enough of his intimidation tactics.

He seems to continue to do this every day, morning, noon and night. I
think at this point we just need to ignore him. If he is on private
property there is nothing that can be done and he is not doing anything
illegal just by yelling at cars. I have decided that I'm just going to
wave and continue on my way and not let it bother me unless he starts
obstructing the road or becomes malicious. If he thinks we are intimidated
by him, then he is going to continue his shenanigans. Hopefully he will
eventually stop.

I hate to point this out...but from what I understand, everything we send through this email system is being shared with the powers that be in that neighborhood. It shouldn’t be happening, but supposedly it is...so as we email our complaints, or post them on the neighborhood Facebook page, we end up fueling his desire to intimidate us, because he knows it’s working.
Just smile and wave. Ignore the gestures...or report them to the authorities.
