A member is seeking samples of waivers you might be using for giving away free mulch or what their landfill calls "overs", which is something left over when mulch is sorted. The member is told it's organic material and does not include any harmful chemicals, but they would still like a waiver so no one can come back and make a claim against them for supplying the materials.
