Need Ideas for New Year’s Resolutions?

  1. Start an emergency preparedness plan with the neighboring homes around you.
  2. Join the Vuecrest Book Club!
  3. Come to a Vuecrest monthly meeting or host one in your home, get Involved, and find inspiration by lending a hand.

Neighborhood Yearly Assessments
It’s that time again, our annual $303 neighborhood assessments are due. Just to put that in perspective…If you were buying a new 1900 square foot condominium at One88 in Bellevue, you would pay approximately $1700 in assessment fees per month! That’s over $20,000 in assessments per year. Are you feeling any better?

How to Host a Monthly HOA Meeting
It’s fun and easy to host a Vuecrest monthly meeting in your home. You pick the month and we’ll put you on the schedule for the first Thursday of that month. The Directors will arrive minutes before 7P. They are comfortable around a table or in a living room. You can usually plan on a group of 10-15 people in total. There is no need to provide any refreshments, but you may if you’d like. We usually bring our own token munchies which consist of a small plate of cookies and bottled water. So, no need to fuss. The meetings usually last from 7P-9P. It’s a great way to meet the neighborhood leadership, find out how things work, and make new friends. To sign up email directors@vuecrest.net mailto:directors@vuecrest.net and a Director will contact you.
