Dale asks:

<<

There are two tanks each 110 gallons.

First - is it possible (from a weight standpoint) for 1 or 2 people to move
the tanks so the bottom and/or rear of the tanks can be accessed to be cleaned
and repainted?  (I have no idea what the weight of a 110 gallon black iron
tank would be.)>>

The weight depends on the form factor of the tanks. Long and narrow usually weighs more than short and wide. BUT based on recent experience in helping replace a "black iron" tank of similar size, I would estimate that it weighs about 150 lbs. Two relatively fit people could move it easily.
