Happy Tuesday, Fellow Municipal Law Practitioners! You may recall that OAMA sponsored a CLE in December regarding rights-of-way, broadband, cable, and small cells. I am attaching for your review a PowerPoint presentation prepared by our outstanding speaker Mike Bradley. As you may know, although he is from Minnesota, Mr. Bradley has done quite a bit of work for Oklahoma cities. I am also attaching a redline version of a cable franchise that he prepared.
