The Erie Canal has reopened for navigation at noon today. I'd watch out at Erie Lock numbered in the teens ... some have very low walls, and are filled right to the top, so it is good to have a tube fender dragging in the water as you go in. Ball fenders will pop out here, and any fender that clears the water will also not be low enough. Fred Tug 44
