Dear NCA Regional Club Representatives,

I hope you and your club members are having fun planning your entry for the
Opening Ceremonies at the National Specialty.  We know that your Regional
Club supports the work of the NCA on the local level in many ways, and we
want to recognize it for its efforts. The deadline for submitting your
club's entry is less than a month away now ---  April 1st.  I've attached
the information from the Specialty Information Packet for your convenience.
Let me know if you have any questions.  I plan to attend your committee's
teleconference on March 11th for an update.

Thanks for all you do for the NCA and for our Newfs.
