Generally, yes. I would, however, redact any information set forth in the billing statement that would disclose work product or attorney/client privileged communications, or discusses any confidential information (e.g., matter discussed in executive session). That information remains confidential.

I agree with Jon Miller; however, you may have lost attorney-client and work product by sending it to anyone other than the Town Board or Town Administrator or whoever you can establish as the client. Okla. R. Prof. Cond. 1.13.
