(I was informed the first post bounced and was asked to resend this.)

SAY GOOD-BYE is for sale, a classic Defever 41 with new engine, new marine
electronics, new fiberglass bottom, and other upgrades totally $62k in
mostly parts (I did most of the labor). Would be $90-100k if labor was paid.
The previous owner had put $25k into her.

This boat has done the Loop three times, all the various routes. Last year
we did it going up the Champlain Canal to Lake Champlain, the
Chambly-Richeleau Canal and then the St Lawrence. This is one of the lowest
bridge heights of the Loop. We went right through the city of Chicago
without any problem.  She is really a GREAT boat but we are done cruising
now. My wife's shoulder situation will not allow it. (the previous owner
wife keeps telling us she wishes she had her back !)

The boat is currently listed with a broker and I have a shared listing; that
is, I can sell you the boat without any commission. That means you will save
10%......which is a lot of money. There are very few brokerage boats with
this situation. Therefore you will see his ad in YachtingWorld.com if you
look. There are a lot of photographs of the boat there as well. If you
contact the broker you will end up invoking the commission so please keep
your communication with me only. (Most sellers go right to a broker. They
end up selling the boat for a price they are willing to accept after they
pay the commission. This means the buyer ends up paying 10% additional for
the boat.)

The boat is be featured in an ad in the current PASSAGEMAKER magazine,
including a photograph.
