I'm fixing to call Spectrum due to horrible internet connectivity.
Thought I should check around to see if it's just us, or have others in the
neighborhood experienced problems?
Movies constantly buffering and I keep getting dropped from my work VPN!!!

Lots of problems this week! If this continues we will have no choice but to

Same here! I called and they said my modem was no longer supported and I
have to go get a new one. But all week it's been horrible and has been
driving me crazy!

Yes we have been having the same issues. Yesterday we lost internet service completely for about a hour due to an outage. After it cam back it was still slow and lots of buffering happening. Thank You,Amanda Thelemann

We have an appointment this evening with Spectrum technician! Last week, we switched out cable boxes and technician came out but we’re still having problems with internet.

We have been having the same issues. Spectrum is coming out later this afternoon. I’ll give an update after service.

I have an appointment tomorrow. All my problems started when they sent me the new modem a few weeks back that was supposed to be better. “Funny” how it has been worse.

I spoke to them this morning via chat and it was painful.
The rep only wanted to go through the reset your modem procedures. I repeated “your guy in the spectrum truck is going from box to box on my street the last 2 days, something is going on and we are all trying to work!”
His response was “I have no record of any issues nor anyone in your area”.
Unacceptable!

I just hung up with Spectrum.
Customer service says that they can see the interrupted service for our
area and they are currently working on the problem.
Gal, I spoke with was able tell me that she could see internet has been up
and down several times throughout the day and its been going on for the
last week.
She stated spectrum should have the outtages fixed by 4:30 today. And
advise me to call back if the problem persists.
