I also called and they tried to tell me the same thing. I told them there's no way the whole neighborhoods pipes burst all at the exact same time. They then told me ok let me transfer you and then hung up. I called back again and same thing they hang up when they transfer me. We’re on Woodland Pass and we have water to 95% of house.  Only master tub and shower don’t have cold water.  Rooms directly above us have water in bathroom.  Strange.  Though, it is the wall that was facing the brunt of the wind last night so understandable that poor insulation and location of the pipes could result in pipes freezing. Though, our neighbor has no water. This leads me to think it is our individual houses more than SAWS pipes in community.  But, could be combination of both maybe. Pipes may have froze in attic or exterior walls.
