SAWS website continues to deny there are any water outages due to anything other than frozen pipes in the individual home, even though the water is out next door in Highlands Ranch, and most of our neighborhood, and Napa Oaks, and several other surrounding neighborhoods. The only thing the SAWS website says about the pump stations is that the rolling outages have caused low water pressure for some customers occasionally and on an isolated basis. I think we all need to be calling them repeatedly until they acknowledge the problem. I personally feel Friday will pass and go and no water. If they are denying their at fault, than we are going to be out of water for a long time. The only thing the SAWS website says about the pump stations is that the rolling outages have caused low water pressure for some customers occasionally and on an isolated basis. I think we all need to be calling them repeatedly until they acknowledge the problem.
