Orange observations

Lake Wepawaug had about 400 (conservative estimate) Canada Geese-not able to decipher any unusual identities. (full reports on ebird). Will watch for a return of the Pink Footed goose that appeared at Crosby pond last January. Bev Propen, Orange

If you call the office tomorrow, we can set up a time to come out and give you a free estimate. 830-266-9494 Audra Armstrong Sent from my iPhone > On Jun 28, 2021, at 12:45 PM, Richard Dupre via Discussion wrote: > > Any recommendations for air duct cleaning? About how much does it cost.

[Ontbirds] Detroit River Hawk Watch (16 Sep 2019) 34731 Raptors
Tue, Sep 17, 2019 12:31 AM
I can only estimate that well over 30,000 passed by. The sky was truly filled with them. We had no way to effectively count them but we estimated them at about 100 per minute and that was only one little slice of the sky! The raptors kept us busy but it would have taken a team to even try and come close to an accurate estimate.

Loop Costs and Props

You can easily calculate your own fuel expense, knowing your fuel consumption at various speeds and approximate overall loop distance for a reasonable estimate.

This approach of estimating life treats the engine as an energy conversion device( which it is) and that it can convert just so much energy in it's life. When life is estimated this way it is dependent on the power level at which you operate the engine.

Re: [time-nuts] Best counter setting for ADEV?
Mon, Oct 1, 2012 11:05 PM
Turns out that ADEV fills two purposes, both giving a reference curve for oscillators and estimating the precision of it's frequency measure. If you change your frequency measure, you will need another estimator for the precision since it needs to include the averaging effect that your frequency stability method applies.

Re: [time-nuts] Data collection from 5115A phase noise test set?

It seems there is no way to estimate frequency from looking at the phase data then? Does TimeLab have automated collection for the frequency-counter data on the control port?
