Besides, between your X310 estimations and my calculations, it turns out, that *no buffer* is ever cleared. I could understand missing a couple of reads, which I don't, but all of them? The buffer current pointer is advanced fine. I always read in the new data, never the same.

'Phased' Retirement Plans Accepted by Howard University Faculty Members
Mon, Jul 16, 2012 9:34 AM
Howard officials declined to provide an estimate of the costs and savings involved in the program, asserting it would be premature to do so, as its full impact is still being assessed. While outside estimates put the potential cost at millions, a number of variables could affect the final number.

In Conclusion I would estimate that there were 3 to 5 Adult gulls wintering in the state. There was 1 to 2 third winter gulls. and 6 transient 1w and 2w gulls. That makes for a minimum of 10 birds and a maximum of 13 birds.

Each one should tell you exactly what he's found, and how much he estimates each item will cost to repair properly. The marine surveyor will also give you his estimate of the value of the boat both in its present condition and in a repaired condition.

Estimated drying times based on a 40' hull would be: Solid hull (no coring) - 20 days. Cored hulls - 40 days. Different types of coring requires different drying times, so these are only rough estimates. My hull was a little less expensive, since it was their first time, and we were at the bottom of the learning curve.

[Ontbirds] early spring migrants east of Ottawa
Tue, Mar 27, 2018 6:04 PM
A conservatively estimated total of 5,000 Snow Geese flew west to east without visibly landing. One large flock appeared to land in a field east of Cobb’s Creek but then flew up again; a smaller flock circled over fields along Frank Kenny Rd. but we did not see the birds land.

[TWGL] Cellphone in the Bahamas
Mon, Mar 25, 2002 5:34 PM
(Just like their lighted channel markers - at any given time it is estimated that 50% of the lighted navigation markers in the Bahamas are not working) Plain and simple, cellphone coverage in the Bahamas is not very reliable and is quite expensive when it works.

The boats that were there at the time of the storm are in a big pile at the marine, remain sunk in the nearby Dog River Marine's harbor or were swept away by a storm surge estimated at 15 to 20 feet. A story not yet confirmed is that Keith Turner intends to rebuild his facility but only as a marina, not as a combination marina and boat yard.

Re: GL: Water depth at Steinhatchee

Don't forget the "rule of twelfths" to estimate the depth. Depth increases or decreases about 1/12 of the total range for each 1/6th of the time between low and high tide. First "hour" brings chage of 1/12, second brings another 2/12 (1/6), third period 3/12, fourth another 3/12, fifth 2/12 and finally last period finishes off the final 1/12.
