it really comes down to estimating the labor in man-hours. while the shop rates varied more, the estimated number of man-hours were remarkably similar. so yes, i agree with the assertion that after normalizing everything else, the cost correlates remarkably well with deadweight.

Kentucky State University provides more than $130 million impact
Mon, Mar 11, 2019 12:51 PM
According to Hanover's report, the demand-side analysis estimated the dollar-value impact of Kentucky State expenditures on the region, while the supply-side analysis assessed the benefits that Kentucky State provides to its students and the community it serves.

Following are some of the birds and some of the totals (some totals guest-estimated of course with some like the R-B Mergansers and other waterfowl likely very under estimated). Common Loons, Pied-billed and Horned Grebes, D-C Cormorants, 1000+ Tundra Swans, N. Pintail, 250 to 300 A.

Summer Skis 06/14/07: Passagemaking in a civilized manner
Thu, Jun 14, 2007 6:03 PM
This gives us as mentioned above an estimated - the operative word "estimated" time of arrival around 0600 on Sunday. This is all dependent on the weather as well any effect that the Gulf Stream will have on us. We passed two sailboats bound for Newport this morning. The Marion Bermuda Race starts tomorrow at 1400.

Re: [time-nuts] ADEV vs MDEV
Sat, Feb 6, 2010 7:19 PM
(using MDEV estimate or 100+s. using ADEV estimate). The question is; does the MDEV tool provide an appropriate measure of stability in this time range, or is the ADEV estimate a more correct answer? The TI performance I'm referring to is the 20-25 ps, single shot TI, typical for theHP5370A/B, the SR620 or the CNT81/91.

The tracking loops for all the satellite signals aren't necessarily independent and might be part of a Kalman filter that estimates all the observables together.

FW: coastal marsh loss
Mon, Feb 25, 2008 10:15 PM
Chris Elphick cites an estimate of 'salt marsh' loss in New England on the order of 80%, estimates prepared by Bertness and others. First, there is no way to use historic maps and charts and differentiate between salt marsh, brackish marsh and fresh-tidal marsh.

Tommy , does your 5 gallon a day estimate include bathing or is that just drinking , cooking , washing , etc ? I am considering another more tanks for our boat , is the reason I ask. Glenn & Joanne Dean River Rats There are a lot of water filters out there, and a few are really good.
